Job summary

100Hires, Inc. in Boise, Idaho seeks a BIM Designer to create, manage and coordinate 3D models across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines. You will collaborate with architects, engineers and construction teams to ensure design accuracy and constructability from design through renovation.

The role requires Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and Dynamo proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in BIM software including Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo.
• Strong understanding of building systems and construction processes.

Responsibilities

Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled BIM (Building Information Modeling) Designer to join our team. The BIM Designer will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating detailed 3D models and digital representations of building projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, along with proficiency in BIM software.
