Job summary

Fute is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator in St. Louis, MO to join a multidisciplinary engineering and design team supporting commercial, industrial, renovation, and rehabilitation projects.

You will coordinate MEP and multidisciplinary BIM models using Revit MEP, perform clash detection, and manage model deliverables while following BIM standards. Collaboration with engineers, designers, and project teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience as BIM Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Revit MEP and MEP coordination.
• Experience with clash detection and multidisciplinary model coordination.
• Familiarity with Navisworks and BIM collaboration platforms preferred.
• Understanding of construction documentation and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP and multidisciplinary BIM models using Revit/Revit MEP.
• Perform clash detection, identify conflicts, and coordinate resolutions with engineers, designers, architects, and project teams.
• Set up and maintain project models while ensuring BIM standards and documentation requirements are followed.
• Manage model coordination and deliverables using Collaborate Pro, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms.
• Support BIM coordination meetings, project schedules, and quality reviews.
• Assist with BIM workflow training and process improvements.
