Qualifications

• Experience with REVIT MEP and Collaborate Pro or similar platforms.
• Foundational knowledge of Architecture and building systems to interpret and coordinate multi-disciplinary designs.
• Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) coordination with engineers and designers.
• Project Management skills including prioritization, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination.
• Prior BIM roles in commercial/industrial projects with clash-detection experience.
• Proficiency in Navisworks or similar review tools; knowledge of BIM standards and ability to present findings.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.

Role Description

The BIM Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in St. Louis, MO, and Kansas City, MO, responsible for managing and coordinating building information models for MEP and related disciplines. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and maintaining project models in REVIT and Collaborate Pro enforcing BIM standards, and coordinating model content with internal engineers, designers, and external project partners. The BIM Coordinator supports clash detection, resolves model conflicts, and ensures accurate documentation for construction and rehabilitation projects across various sectors. This position collaborates closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to align model deliverables with project schedules and quality requirements. The role also involves training and supporting team members in BIM workflows, contributing to continuous improvement of digital design processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM), including experience with REVIT MEP and Collaborate Pro or similar platforms.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Architecture and building systems to effectively interpret and coordinate multi-disciplinary design models.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) coordination, with the ability to work closely with engineers and designers on detailed system layouts.
• Candidates should possess Project Management-related skills, including task prioritization, schedule tracking, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant qualifications include prior experience in BIM roles within commercial or industrial building projects, familiarity with clash detection workflows, and understanding of construction documentation.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency in Navisworks or similar review tools, knowledge of industry BIM standards, strong communication skills, and the ability to present model findings to project stakeholders.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
