Job summary

GMA Architects, Inc. is seeking a BIM Coordinator with architectural or structural focus to work onsite in Framingham, MA or St. Louis, MO. You will advance BIM standards, manage templates, and coordinate with architects/engineers to deliver efficient models and documentation.

You will train staff, support project startups, and maintain data in Autodesk Construction Cloud/Forma. A strong BIM background and familiarity with multiple tools is required.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor degree in related field.
• 2–5 years experience with buildings structures in architecture/engineering.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM platforms; strong BIM principles.
• Knowledge of additional BIM tools is a plus.
• Experience with AutoCAD 2D drawings.
• Interest in visual programming (Dynamo) or coding (.NET/C#) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Expand BIM standards and enforce implementation across projects.
• Review and contribute to BIM Execution Plans and templates.
• Create and maintain BIM libraries and staff support.
• Customize Revit templates and improve workflow efficiency.
• Provide training to new and existing users; foster continuous learning.
• Support project startup with model setup and external coordination.
• Maintain BIM project files and data within cloud platforms.
