Job summary

Next Dental Lab, a high-volume dental laboratory, seeks a bilingual client support specialist to join the in-house team in Deerfield Beach. You will navigate our proprietary lab platform, support doctors, and help drive automation and AI-assisted workflows to reduce busywork.

The role requires 3–5+ years in dentistry, fluency in English and Spanish, and a willingness to work on-site in Deerfield Beach, FL. You’ll interact with production, CAD/design, and logistics to hit seat dates and improve

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in dentistry (hard requirement).
• Fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Comfort with software and tools that speed the workflow.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for doctors and teams by phone, email, and chat.
• Field case-specific questions on status, turnaround, shade, remakes, and shipping.
• Triages clinical/technical issues and routes to the right team with context.
