Job summary

DiLuigi Foods is hiring a Bilingual Corporate Trainer (English/Spanish) for on-site work in Danvers, MA. You will design, deliver, and update training programs for plant staff, supervisors, and teams, focusing on food safety, work safety, quality standards, and procedures.

You will coach, track completion, and partner with Operations and HR to close skill gaps and onboard new hires. Experience in meat production is a plus; strong communication and on-site facilitation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience designing training materials, workshops, and presentations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; strong communication.
• On-site training in a production environment preferred.
• Knowledge of food manufacturing, HACCP/GMPs is a plus.
• Experience tracking training completion and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and update training programs for plant staff, supervisors, and teams.
• Conduct group trainings and hands-on instruction on the production floor.
• Provide ongoing coaching to reinforce best practices and safety culture.
• Maintain training materials, track completion, and ensure compliance with USDA/OSHA/SQF requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations and HR to identify skill gaps and onboard new hires.
