Job summary

Role Description The Bilingual (English/Spanish) Corporate Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Danvers, MA. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and updating training programs for plant staff, supervisors, and other team members, with a focus on food safety, work safety, quality standards, and operational procedures. Day-to-day tasks include conducting group training sessions, facilitating hands-on instruction on the production floor, and providing ongoing coaching to reinforce best practices. The Corporate Trainer maintains training materials, tracks completion and compliance, and collaborates with operations and HR to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions. The role also supports onboarding of new hires and temp employees, promotes a strong safety and quality culture, and ensures training aligns with USDA, OSHA and SQF regulations as well as company specific requirements. The ideal candidate will have a positive personality and the ability to influence and teach all levels of employees.

Qualifications

• Instructional design and facilitation skills, including experience creating training materials, leading workshops, and delivering presentations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train diverse teams and build trust across production and management staff. Must be able to read/write and speak in both English and Spanish.
• Organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining training records, tracking compliance, and managing multiple training schedules.
• Knowledge of food manufacturing, food safety, and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, GMPs, sanitation practices) is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in a production environment, including standing for extended periods, working in a cold environment and conducting hands-on training on the floor.
• Experience in corporate training, employee development, or related roles; background in meat or food production is a plus.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software) for training content and recordkeeping. Experience working with Alchemy training software a plus.
• Relevant education such as a degree or certification in Training and Development, Education, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.

Salary range: $75,000 to $85,000 annually
