Job summary

Greater New Jersey Behavioral Health LLC is seeking a dedicated Program Director to lead clinical programming at the Lawrence Township, NJ site. This on-site, full-time role offers a daytime schedule and a salary commensurate with experience, within a respected behavioral health organization.

You will guide evidence-based treatment teams, promote quality standards, and ensure trauma-informed, client-centered care across PHP, IOP, and outpatient services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• Active NJ clinical license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
• 1–2 years of relevant behavioral health experience.
• Experience with trauma-informed care and co‑occurring conditions.
• Ability to coordinate clinical programming with interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• On-site full-time work in Lawrence Township, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of clinical programming.
• Coordinate treatment approaches across PHP, IOP, and outpatient services.
• Promote trauma-informed treatment practices across modalities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support treatment planning.
• Monitor operations to meet standards and regulatory requirements.
• Foster ethical, client-centered clinical practice.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen workflows and service quality.
