The position offers daytime, as-needed scheduling with compensation ranging from $80 to $100 per hour, commensurate with experience and education.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing with PMHNP preparation.
• Active New Jersey RN license with APN PMH specialization.
• PMHNP-BC board certification.
• New Jersey prescriptive authority with CDS/DEA registrations as required.
• 1–2 years of relevant psychiatric care experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments to identify mental health needs and inform treatment plans.
• Provide psychiatric medication management, including prescribing and monitoring treatment responses.
• Collaborate with therapists and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Evaluate and monitor patients with mental health and co-occurring conditions.
• Provide medication education and counseling and ensure adherence.
