Greater New Jersey Behavioral Health LLC is hiring a Primary Therapist to join our Lawrence Township, NJ clinical team. The role focuses on delivering individualized, evidence-based therapy to clients with mental health and co-occurring needs, on-site during daytime hours.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy using CBT/DBT and trauma-informed approaches.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited institution.
• Active New Jersey clinical licensure (LCSW/LSW/LPC/LAC/LMFT) or equivalent supervision for associates.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience in behavioral health.
• Knowledge of CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and co-occurring conditions.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
• Full-time, on-site, daytime hours in Lawrence Township, NJ.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs and support individualized care planning.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans addressing mental health and substance use goals.
• Incorporate CBT, DBT, psychoeducation, mindfulness, and relapse prevention into care.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and interdisciplinary team to coordinate treatment.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain confidential clinical documentation per policy and regulatory requirements.
