Job summary

Qualifications

• CPO (Pool Operator) certificate preferred; sponsorship possible.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on community facilities and equipment.
• Address maintenance requests and carry out repairs on equipment, building systems, and grounds.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and identify root causes.
• Document work performed and communicate timelines to managers and residents.
