Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality behavioral services. You will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to improve client outcomes.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, families, and external stakeholders while maintaining clinical records, PBSPs, and FBAs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Analysis, or related field.
• Valid BCBA certification or close to completion.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience; practicum/internship included.
• Experience with mentally ill and intellectually disabled adult populations preferred.
• Experience with complex, high-frequency behaviors required.
• Must pass criminal background check and maintain certifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, create, and monitor behavior treatment plans with data analysis.
• Respond to crisis situations and provide on-site clinical services.
• Debrief staff and individuals after incidents and adjust strategies.
• Prepare PBSPs, FBAs, and clinical meeting summaries.
• Attend treatment team meetings and case reviews as needed.
• Maintain clinical records and progress reviews.
