Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Behavior Analyst to support adults in structured day programs with a hands-on clinical role, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, on-site in Norwalk, Signal Hill, and Long Beach. The role emphasizes real-world outcomes, collaboration with staff, and direct clinical decision-making in community settings.

Applicants should hold BCBA or CA-licensure eligibility, with a strong background in ABA, FBAs, and data-driven progress monitoring.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related clinical field.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining high clinical standards.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior support plans, including FBAs.
• Providing direct clinical support within day programs to ensure strategies are practical and effective.
• Partnering with program staff to support consistent implementation of behavior supports.
• Reviewing data, monitoring progress, and making adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including families and external partners as needed.
• Supporting staff during complex or escalated behavioral situations.
• Promoting independence, inclusion, and quality of life in community-based settings.
• Ensuring services are aligned with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
