Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavior intervention services (BCBA track).
• Current Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) (Licensed Clinician track).
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead behavior support services in adult day programs.
• Develop and oversee behavior plans, including FBAs.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to staff.
