Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and implementing behavior intervention services.
• At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading behavior support services across adult day programs.
• Developing and overseeing behavior plans, including functional behavior assessments.
• Providing clinical oversight to ensure practical and consistent implementation.
