Job summary

Monarch Kitchens is seeking an Installation Specialist/Remodel Technician in Charlotte, NC. You will own bathroom remodeling projects from contract review to completion, ensuring quality craftsmanship and a fabulous homeowner experience.

You will work closely with customers and the office, coordinating schedules, inspections, and trades while delivering clear daily updates and maintaining safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Proven residential remodeling experience with cross-functional skills in plumbing, framing, drywall and tiling.
• Excellent customer service and communication; comfortable providing updates via Zoom/GroupMe.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to code compliance and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently, manage timelines and navigate physically demanding environments.
• Must be 18+ with professional appearance, clean driving record and ability to travel/overnight when required.

Responsibilities

• Open and close job sites with customers daily, review contracts and materials.
• Perform full-scope bathroom remodels using tile, cabinetry, framing, drywall, paint, plumbing, stone and acrylic.
• Maintain world-class customer experience and coordinate solutions with leadership.
• Collect client payments at project milestones and provide daily updates to office via GroupMe.
• Schedule meetings with local inspectors and coordinate with subcontractors for skilled trades.
