Job summary

Home Brands Group LLC is seeking an Installation Specialist/Remodel Technician in Atlanta, GA. This role owns bathroom remodeling projects from contract review to completion, ensuring a fabulous homeowner experience and code-compliant craftsmanship.

The position requires strong cross-functional installation skills, effective daily communication with customers and the office, and the ability to travel for out-of-town projects.

Qualifications

• Proven residential remodeling experience with cross-functional skills across plumbing, framing, drywall, and tiling.
• Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills; comfortable conducting professional updates (Zoom, GroupMe).
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach to code compliance and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently, manage a project timeline, and handle physically demanding, fast-paced environments.
• Must be able to travel/stay overnight when required.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the job site with the customer daily, reviewing the contract and all products/materials before starting work.
• Perform full-scope bathroom remodeling installations utilizing tile, cabinetry, framing, drywall, paint, plumbing, stone, and acrylic systems.
• Provide a world-class customer experience, proactively addressing concerns and coordinating solutions with leadership.
• Collect client payments and checks at designated project milestones.
• Deliver high-touch internal communication via daily GroupMe updates and on-site Zoom updates with the office.
• Lead, mentor, and provide hands-on skill development for Apprentices on the job site.
• Coordinate on-site schedules with subcontractors for specialized trades.
