Job summary

Monarch Kitchens is seeking an Installation Specialist/Remodel Technician to manage bathroom remodeling projects from contract review to completion, delivering a high-quality experience for homeowners. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, on-site leadership, and maintaining clear communication with customers and the office.

Ideal candidates will bring strong remodeling skills across trades, a commitment to code-compliant craftsmanship, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Residential remodeling experience across plumbing, framing, drywall, and tiling.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required.
• Must be 18+ with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the job site with the customer daily, reviewing the contract and products.
• Perform full-scope bathroom remodeling installations (tile, cabinetry, framing, drywall, paint, plumbing, stone, acrylic).
• Provide a world-class customer experience, addressing concerns and coordinating solutions with leadership.
• Collect client payments at project milestones.
• Maintain daily on-site updates and photos for leadership.
• Coordinate inspections with local building inspectors and subcontractors.
