Job summary

Home Brands Group LLC in Greer, SC is seeking an Installation Specialist/Remodel Technician to manage bathroom remodels from contract review to project completion. You will coordinate cross-functionally with subcontractors, suppliers, and customer stakeholders to deliver a high-quality experience.

Ideal candidates possess hands-on trade skills, a commitment to code-compliant craftsmanship, and clear daily updates with customers and the office.

Qualifications

• Residential remodeling experience across plumbing, framing, drywall and tiling.
• Excellent customer service and communication; comfortable with Zoom/GroupMe updates.
• Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the job site with the customer daily, reviewing contracts and materials.
• Perform full-scope bathroom remodel installations (tile, cabinetry, framing, drywall, paint, plumbing).
• Provide a world-class customer experience and coordinate solutions with leadership.
• Collect client payments at project milestones and document progress.
• Conduct daily on-site Zoom updates with the corporate office.
• Represent the Re-Bath/Home Depot brand partnership proudly and request reviews.
• Set up home protection to safeguard customer property.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles, trailers, and tools safely.
• Inspect incoming materials for defects and manage inventory.
• Schedule inspections with local building inspectors (rough/final).
• Coordinate on-site schedules with subcontractors for specialized trades.
• Lead and train Apprentices on the job site.
• Document daily administrative tasks and follow-up repairs as needed.
