Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a building automation specialist to develop control databases, graphics, and programming sequences, providing hands-on startup and commissioning support for building automation projects.

Ideal candidates will have experience with Distech, Alerton, or Tridium, BACnet MSTP/IP, and strong electrical diagram reading skills. Roles include on-site collaboration, documentation, and ongoing support for client facilities.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience with Alerton, Tridium and/or Distech building controls (field commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting).
1+ years of BACnet MSTP experience with commissioning, configuration, and troubleshooting.
1+ years of experience with programming and building automation controls database management.
1+ years of experience with troubleshooting basic electric and electronic circuitry, including reading and interpreting electrical and electronic diagrams.

Responsibilities

Provide Controls database, graphics, programming, etc. for sequences as provided by the Design Specialist, project specifications, or other sources. (Distech, Alerton, Tridium)
Provide accurate controls start-up and commissioning including point-to-point checkout on projects as assigned.
Coordinate with installation personnel, contractors, and project managers on project sites.
Develop start-up documentation including daily logs, check-out logs, commissioning documents, etc.
