Job summary

EMCOR Group, Inc. in Augusta, GA is seeking a Superintendent - Automation to lead on-site BAS installations, coordinate field crews, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on critical projects.

You will oversee low-voltage wiring, sensor mounting, panel terminations, pre‑commissioning, and coordination with project managers, contractors, and clients to deliver within budget and to spec.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in low‑voltage HVAC controls installation or BAS field lead roles.
• Experience supervising field installations and coordinating with project teams.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• On‑Site Operations: manage day‑to‑day installation activities and field technicians.
• Technical Quality & Installation: supervise wiring, sensor mounting, panel terminations, and pre‑commissioning.
• Subcontractor Management: oversee electrical subcontractors to ensure quality and schedule adherence.
• Project Coordination: collaborate with PM, GC, mechanical vendors and client reps to resolve issues.
