Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills to operate a cash register, make change, total guest checks, and count total bank deposits.
• Ability to operate a keyboard and POS procedures.
• Effective verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly welcome and take orders accurately.
• Prepare orders and beverage items as requested and efficiently.
• Ring guest checks and process payments via cash, credit card or house charge.
• Balance house bank at end of shift and ensure accuracy of cash drawer.
• Maintain clean and sanitized work areas and equipment.
