Job summary
Roller Weight Loss & Advanced Surgery in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a full-time Registered Dietitian to provide direct nutritional care to bariatric and weight management patients on-site.
You will conduct nutrition assessments, develop individualized meal plans, deliver medical nutrition therapy, lead one-on-one and group education, document in the medical record, and collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and the care team to coordinate treatment.
Qualifications
- Active RD/RDN credential and eligibility for Arkansas state licensure.
- Evidence-based nutrition care plans and dietetics expertise.
- Strong counseling skills for weight management and bariatric patients.
- Experience in bariatric, surgical, or clinical nutrition settings preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct nutrition assessments for bariatric and weight management patients.
- Develop individualized meal plans and medical nutrition therapy.
- Lead one-on-one and group nutrition education sessions.
- Document care in the medical record and coordinate with surgeons and nurses.
- Contribute to program development and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
