Qualifications

• High School diploma or better.
• Interest and experience in customer service and working knowledge of Windows.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying financial needs and contribute to the company by recommending additional products and services.
• Recognize and seize opportunities to refer loans, trusts, investments, insurance, and other services offered by the bank.
• Gain understanding of the banking industry and contribute toward meeting branch goals in deposits and loans.
• Build trusting relationships with individuals in the communities we serve.
• Be an active participant in, and advocate for, community growth and prosperity.
• Process transactions for customers promptly, efficiently, and courteously.
• Provide exceptional customer service, reach effective resolutions, and follow through with customers for all inquiries.
