Job summary

Cornerstone Bank is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our in-person team in Bismarck, ND. You will handle customer calls, assist with transfers, troubleshoot online banking issues, and explain bank policies and procedures to ensure excellent service.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year in banking or related experience, including call center exposure. Strong multitasking and accuracy in financial transactions are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of bank or related experience; call center experience preferred.
• Ability to perform typical financial transactions and teller functions with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Answering the phone and assisting customers with transfers and basic troubleshooting.
• Help customers with online banking and explain bank policies and procedures.
