The role focuses on identifying and building relationships with employers, presenting Colonial Life’s workplace benefit solutions, conducting in-person meetings, and managing the sales pipeline to support benefit implementation.

You will collaborate with internal teams, stay current on product offerings and industry trends, and strive to meet or exceed established sales goals
