Advanced Air, LLC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Agent to support operations at Imperial County Airport in Imperial, CA. This on-site role requires interaction with customers, reservations handling, boarding assistance, and timely information on flight status.

The position emphasizes delivering high-quality service, adhering to TSA/FAA guidelines, and maintaining Advanced Air brand standards in all ground experiences. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends may be required.

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist AA customers and guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Answer phones to provide information, resolve problems, and assist as needed.
• Handle reservations, ticketing, check-in, seat assignments, boarding, and baggage service.
• Communicate delays or cancellations and re-accommodate per policy.
• Provide check-in assistance, ticket changes, re-bookings, and special service requests.
