Job summary

Advanced Air in Crescent City, CA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Agent to support operations at Del Norte County Airport. You will greet customers, handle reservations, ticketing, check-in and baggage, and provide timely information to travelers in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

The role requires 2+ years of customer service, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You must be able to work flexible hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and pass airport access requirements

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist AA customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Handle reservations, ticketing, check-in, seat assignments and baggage services.
• Communicate delays and rebook passengers per policy.
• Process payments as required for tickets and services.
• Provide current flight information and assist with special requests.
• Ensure ground operations support and customer service standards are maintained.
