Job summary

CTI in Memphis, TN is seeking an On-Site Audio Visual Field Specialist to deliver enterprise AV solutions for a regional client. You will troubleshoot complex AV/IT issues, perform preventative maintenance, and configure and test final system deployments.

Responsibilities include load updates with programmers, train end users, support Zoom and Microsoft Teams meetings, and execute other tasks as needed. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in AV/IT networking and audio-visual installations preferred.
• Strong customer-service skills and communication abilities.
• Associates degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex AV/IT issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep systems optimal.
• Load updated files with Programmers as needed.
• Complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning.
• Provide final walk-through and train clients on systems.
• Support on-site and virtual meetings (Zoom, Teams); handle other tasks as assigned.
