Job summary

CTI is seeking an AV Integration Technician for our Nashville, TN branch to install audio, video, control systems, and conferencing equipment. This role emphasizes strong customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork to deliver high-end AV solutions.

Candidates should have 2+ years of AV installation experience, be able to read drawings, and lift heavy loads. Training and support are provided in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; experience considered.
• Customer service experience is essential for client interactions.
• Must be eager to learn and tackle problems.
• AV/IT networking: 2+ years of AV installation experience.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds, valid driver's license, pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Install audio, video, control systems, and video conferencing equipment.
• Rack fabrication.
• Pull and terminate a variety of cables.
• Read drawings and blueprints.
• Service and system maintenance.
• Other tasks as assigned.
