CTI is seeking an On-Site Audio Visual Field Specialist to support a client in Memphis. The role focuses on delivering a fantastic customer experience with hands-on AV installations, commissioning and service.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of AV/IT experience, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work independently while following enterprise AV standards.

Qualifications

• AV/IT networking knowledge; at least 4 years' experience with audio-visual installations, commissioning and service.
• Associate's degree preferred, but experience and skills may compensate.
• Customer service experience is required; customers are the top priority.
• Attitude and aptitude are key; eager to learn and tackle any situation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex AV/IT issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep systems operating at optimum levels.
• Load updated files with Programmers when needed.
• Complete final configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions.
• Conduct client walk-throughs and train users on their systems.
• Support on-site and virtual meetings via Zoom and Teams for corporate clients.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned.

We are seeking an On-Site Audio Visual Field Specialist to provide services for one of our clients in Memphis, TN, whose attitude, skills, and work ethic embody our mission: to provide a fantastic customer experience. This role requires someone passionate about AV technology who can think outside the box while adhering to Enterprise AV standards.

What are your responsibilities?

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels
• Work with Programmers as needed to load updated files
• Complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions
• Final product walk-through with clients and train them on their systems.
• Support on-site and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams for corporate clients
• Other tasks as assigned

Does experience count?

• AV/IT Networking: Knowledge of the audio-visual integration industry is a must! At least 4 years of experience with audio-visual installations, commissioning, and service is required.
• Education: An associate's degree is preferred, but not required. We take into account your experience/skill level and what you bring to the table as an individual.
• Customer Service Experience: A must! As you can see, our customers are #1, and we need someone who can take care of them and treat them as such.
• Attitude and Aptitude are key! We need someone who is eager to learn and comes to work ready to tackle any situation.
