The Software Customer Resident Engineer at Bose Corporation serves as the primary on-site technical interface for GM Audio and Noise Management software integration across benches, development vehicles, launch and production environments. You will coordinate with Bose and GM teams to accelerate issue resolution, maintain configuration and traceability, and support high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities include on-site liaison for software integration, diagnostics, and validation;

Qualifications

• Five+ years in automotive embedded software or system integration.
• Experience with in-vehicle/bench integration and diagnostic tools.
• Strong customer-facing and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• On-site liaison for software integration, diagnostics, and validation with GM and Bose teams.
• Perform issue triage, root-cause analysis, and verify fixes; maintain Jira records.
• Support requirements, releases, configurations, and program status communications to stakeholders.
