The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Payroll and Benefits Administrator on-site at Napleton Toyota of Brookfield. You will handle onboarding, benefits, and payroll processing, reporting to the Office Manager, and assist with administrative and accounting tasks for the dealership.

Responsibilities include data collection, wage computations, benefits management, and open enrollment support.

Qualifikationen

• Payroll processing experience, automotive dealership preferred.
• Strong math and accounting knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and detail orientation.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and be local on-site.

Aufgaben

• Collects and compiles payroll data, enters and posts wages, and reconciles errors.
• Records changes affecting net wages, insurance, and loan payments; updates records.
• Reports earnings, taxes, and deductions.
• Computes and issues paychecks and tax-withholding statements.
• Administers benefits, new hire paperwork, drug tests, and background checks.
• Maintains files, records, and compiles statistical reports as needed.
• Educates employees on benefits and assists with onboarding and open enrollment.
• Manages 401(k) enrollment and payroll updates.
