Job summary
Intertech Plastics LLC seeks an Automation Technician to optimize production through reliable automation systems. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated equipment, supporting PLCs, HMIs, and robots while collaborating with Engineering and Maintenance to boost OEE and quality.

Qualifications
- 1 to 4 years of experience in automation, industrial maintenance, or manufacturing.
- Associate degree or technical certification in Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair automated manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system issues.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on automation equipment.
- Assist with programming and troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, and industrial robots.
- Support new equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Work with Engineering to improve equipment performance and reliability.
- Calibrate sensors, vision systems, and automated equipment as needed.
