stow is seeking a Site Manager to lead end-to-end on-site project execution for automated material handling systems. You will oversee all field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating with engineering, controls, commissioning, and customer stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in site management or related fields, experience with automated systems or robotics, and travel averaging 60–90% annually.

• Lead all on-site project activities from mobilization through commissioning and demobilization.
• Manage installation and integration of automated systems (shuttles, conveyors, AS/RS, robotics).
• Drive daily execution to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Act as the on-site decision maker and escalation point.
• Own site safety program and enforce all safety standards (OSHA / local regulations).
• Conduct daily safety walks, toolbox talks, and audits.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors; manage schedules.
