Job summary

Concentric is seeking a Lead On-Site Automation Technician to perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment including electric forklifts, conveyors, robotics, and related systems at customer sites. The role requires strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills and a proven ability to lead a team and coordinate repairs.

Candidates must have at least 5 years of automation experience, own tools, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High School or GED diploma required.
• Should have a minimum of 5 years of Automation experience.
• Should have experience in a Lead role as an Automation Technician.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills (480V, 240V, 24V, 48V).
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, hydraulic diagrams, pneumatic prints.
• Own tools and willingness to purchase what is needed to be successful.

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for customers.
• Performing and completing PMs & repairs.
• Coordinate and drive warranty requests.
• Provide shift coverage.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform root-cause analysis.
• Complete repairs following manufacturer guidelines.
