Concentric, LLC is searching for an Automation Field Service Technician responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting automated and electro-mechanical systems at customer sites. The Automation Field Service Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and continuously improving automated and electro‑mechanical systems across customer sites. This role emphasizes preventive maintenance (PM), reliability engineering, and data‑driven troubleshooting to minimize downtime and improve system performance.
The technician supports a wide range of material handling and automation equipment, including AGVs, robotics, conveyors, racking systems, dock equipment, and related industrial automation technologies.
A minimum of 3‑5 years of hands‑on automation experience is required. This position requires strong technical competence, independence, ownership mindset, and the ability to travel extensively up to 100% as business needs require.
This technician will travel 100%.
ELECTRICAL - 480V, VFD’s, Relays, Motor Controls, electric motors, HMI’s, Contactors, Timers, Proximity Sensors/Switches, Electro-Mechanical background, Industrial Batteries. Allen Bradley PLC experience a plus!
Mechanical - Gear boxes, Chains, Sprockets, MHE Equipment, Dock, and Door experience. Arc, Mig, and Tig welding experience preferred.
