Job summary

Concentric is a power services organization providing forklift and critical power maintenance solutions. The Field Forklift Technician will perform routine maintenance on forklifts and related equipment, using own tools at customer sites with a focus on reliability and safety.

The role requires extensive travel, strong mechanical and electrical repair skills, and the ability to document work orders and hours accurately while collaborating with supervisors and customers.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of experience with MHE maintenance (electrical & LP lift truck repair).
• Strong equipment repair, mechanical and/or electrical skills.
• Hydraulics, conveyor experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to manage time with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills for work order documentation and customer interaction.
• Must have own tools and ability to work with a computer.
• Willingness to travel extensively and pass background/drug checks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain industrial mobile equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform root cause analysis.
• Repair per manufacturer guidelines and complete all work orders.
• Inspect equipment per PM Planning tools and Field Connect platform.
• Provide information to supervisor, co-workers, and customers by phone, email, or in person.
• Accurately enter work hours in Paylocity and maintain records.
• Adhere to safety requirements and keep work areas organized.
• Attend safety training and perform other duties as assigned.
