Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a hands-on Manager, Authentication Operations to oversee autograph and memorabilia authentication across sports and entertainment properties. You will drive execution, optimize processes, and ensure every event, contract deliverable, and talent interaction is planned and fulfilled.

You will manage documentation, scheduling, and databases, coordinate with Brand, Operations, Athlete Partnerships, Finance and Legal, and mentor teams to convert strategy into reliable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; focus in business operations, supply chain, or project management preferred.
• 3–5 years’ operations, process management, or workflow optimization experience in collectibles, entertainment, or sports industries.
• Strong understanding of data and document management systems; experience with contract or CRM platforms preferred.
• Experience within the trading cards / collectibles and sports landscape is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Determine, organize and implement clear processes; organize and maintain document and data management databases; ensure records are accurate and accessible.
• Develop, maintain, and improve processes to track fulfillment of athlete and talent deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional with Brand, Operations, Athlete Partnerships, Finance and Legal to fulfill talent obligations, information database and payments.
• Manage the data and documentation platform (contract databases, authentication logs, tracking systems) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
