You will manage on-site logistics, asset handling, gifting coordination, and post-event reconciliation, collaborating with agents and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Sports knowledge a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of athlete signing sessions logistics and on-site execution.
• Track game-used assets for athletes.
• Coordinate athlete gifting from vendors for events.
• Serve as on-site liaison for athletes, agents and internal teams.
• Coordinate athlete social posts with agents and marketing.
• Reconcile expense reports for signings.
• Travel extensively for events; nights and weekends required.
• Uphold Fanatics' standards and athlete relationships.
