Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking an Assessment Coordinator, Stickers, to support the Autograph Operations team. The role ensures sticker autos are accurately tracked and finalizes packouts for Fanatics Collectibles.

Based in Dallas/Sunnyvale, TX, the candidate will work with licensed sports and entertainment lines, handling inventory and data-quality tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in warehousing or production settings, a business/analytics background, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance or a relatable field.
2-3 years’ experience in warehouse or production environments related to inventory management or quality control.
Proficient with Oracle or equivalent ERP systems.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

Responsibilities

Analyzes sticker autographs post-QC before data entry into Cards-in Reporting base.
Delivers stickers to manufacturing partners on-time to ensure programs are completed on schedule.
Physically pull and slate stickers to reserve for products based on program priorities.
Communicates adjustments or program updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Works with sticker coordinator team across licensed verticals including baseball, basketball, football, F1, soccer, entertainment.
