Job summary

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in construction/PM roles.
- Experience on wood-frame multifamily projects is a plus.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and RFI/submittals.
Responsibilities
- Assist Estimating in the Preconstruction process.
- Review project plans, requirements, and specifications.
- Create project logistics and safety plans.
- Develop scopes of work and procurement plans for subs.
- Oversee subcontractor selection and timely material delivery.
- Monitor schedule, cost, quality and procedures on the project.
- Manage budgets and monthly cost updates.
- Oversee pay requests and billing processes.
- Manage RFI, submittal, change orders and document flow.
- Partner with the Project Superintendent for project success.
- Ensure work progresses according to schedule.
