Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with diverse design teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work of single or multi-disciplinary teams under a Project Manager.
• Manage aspects of small to portions of larger projects.
• Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently.
• Work from the site at all times, with extended periods on site as required by client contract.
• Coordinate staffing and workload to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Track project finances and adjust effort to stay within budget and schedule parameters.
• Collaborate with accounting, operations and leadership for project reviews.
• Perform other duties as needed.
