Job summary

HDR is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to coordinate multidisciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle, from development to close-out, under the supervision of a Project Manager. The role supports small to mid-size projects, ensuring deliverables meet budget and schedule targets.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture, with 5 years of related experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to HDR's employee-owned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture is preferred.
• Professional Engineer or Licensed Architect is preferred.
• Experience in building engineering design projects such as Data Centers, Semiconductor, Industrial, or Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project lifecycle under supervision of a Project Manager.
• Responsible for aspects of a small project or a portion of a larger project.
• Coordinate workload through project execution and deliverables on budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, Accounting, Operations and Business leadership for periodic project reviews.
• Perform other duties as needed.
