Job summary

HDR is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Texas to coordinate multidisciplinary teams through a project lifecycle under the supervision of a Project Manager, ensuring deliverables stay on budget and on schedule. You will work with Accounting, Operations and leadership on reviews, and support project execution.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture, 5 years of related experience, and a commitment to HDR's employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5 years related experience.
• Ability to interact with various design teams; strong communication (written and verbal).
• Active participant in employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project lifecycle under supervision of a Project Manager.
• Responsible for aspects of a small project or a portion of a larger project.
• Coordinate workload through project execution and deliverables on budget and schedule.
• Work with Project Manager, Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic reviews.
• Perform other duties as needed.
