PTS Advance is seeking an Assistant Project Manager I for Power Delivery in Houston. You will work under a Project Manager, gaining ownership of subcontracts, schedules, and cost control while learning EPC and design-build processes.

The role emphasizes on-site involvement with 50-80 hour weeks, multiple projects, and occasional extended stays, with growth into PM responsibilities as you prove readiness.

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (equivalent experience accepted).
• 2+ years in construction with exposure to estimating, bidding, subcontracts and POs, scheduling, cost control, document control.

Responsabilidades

• Support the PM from kickoff to closeout across engineering, estimating, procurement, and construction.
• Help build the initial project schedule and track progress against it.
• Build subcontractor and vendor scopes of work and schedule exhibits; prepare subcontract and PO packages.
