Edgerton Care Center – Edgerton, WI is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to oversee clinical operations on-site. Under the Director of Nursing, you will supervise staff, coordinate patient care plans and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while promoting resident well-being.

The role offers a competitive salary in the $80k–$100k range, comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement through education and tuition reimbursement.

Competenze

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Wisconsin in good standing.
• At least two years of experience in long-term care with infection control knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Desire to work with the elderly.

Mansioni

• Supervise training, development and performance of staff.
• Develop and facilitate growth within the Nursing Department.
• Perform assessments and implement care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Delegate and monitor resident care to appropriate staff.
• Document according to standards and policies.
