Bryten is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Silverado Apartments in Albuquerque, NM. You will support daily operations, manage resident accounts, and assist leasing to achieve occupancy and retention goals.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in residential leasing or property management, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with property management software. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Two or more years of residential leasing and/or property management experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily operations and property performance.
• Manage resident accounts, rent collections, and notices.
• Support leasing, occupancy, and resident retention goals.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and apartment turns.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident communications.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
