Live Bryten is hiring an Assistant Community Manager for Silverado Apartments in Albuquerque, NM. You will support daily on-site operations, assist with leasing, resident relations, and maintenance coordination to ensure exceptional service for residents and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations and overall performance of the community.
• Manage resident accounts, rent collections, payments, and delinquency follow-up.
• Process applications, screenings, and support leasing process.
• Coordinate with maintenance for service requests and turnovers.
• Respond to resident inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate resident files and financial records.
• Support lease renewals, move-ins/outs, and resident communications.
• Support marketing, resident engagement, and occupancy initiatives.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance and company policies.
• Assist with financial reporting and performance monitoring.
