Job summary

Lionbridge Technologies, Inc. is seeking Assemblers to join our experienced on-site team in Corvallis, OR. No experience is required and you will receive full on-the-job training to support diverse equipment and processes.

You will perform hands-on work, data entry, and material handling while following safety practices. This role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a rapidly evolving environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in R&D, product testing or manufacturing environments preferred but not required.
• Able to focus and multi-task in a rapidly changing environment.
• Team-oriented attitude with a strong desire to learn.
• Willingness to support experimental and new product development.
• Effective written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Receive thorough training on state-of-the-art equipment and safety practices.
• Perform standard procedures and/or experimental work in your designated lab under supervision.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and first-level troubleshooting for processes and tooling.
• Handle data entry and lot-tracking for all work.
• Load, run, unload materials and assist with cleaning and preparation as instructed.
• Escalate issues to Lead Tech or Supervisor for resolution.
